Coordinated Specialty Care
Some patients need evaluation or treatment from more than one specialty. Westbridge can coordinate care across service lines when clinically appropriate.
This may include specialist evaluation, rehabilitation, procedures, surgery, reconstructive care, wound management, and follow-up.
Patient Information & Privacy
Do not send protected health information, medical records, diagnoses, insurance information, imaging, or other sensitive patient information through ordinary email or a standard website form.
Sensitive information should be transmitted only through an approved secure referral workflow.
